In nomine sancte trinitatis. Ego Reginmarus Patauiensis episcopus cunctis fidelibus notifico concambium, quod inter canonicos sancti Stephani et formbacensem abbatem Wirentonem factum est, quod, ut posterorum noticie liquido elarescat, sigilli nostri testimonio confirmamus. Predictus namque abbas per manum aduocati sui comitis Herimanni dedit patauiensi ecclesie duos mansos apud sulzbach pro decimatione, que est inter fluuium enum et riuum formbach et uallem quandam superius terminalem, quam cum dimidia houba ad Walmesheim per manum aduocati nostri Oudalrici in mutua uicissitudine ei dedimus. Huius rei sunt testes Regingerus de toumoltesheim, Regingerus et Werenhardus filii eius, Isinrich de annendorf, Engilram de merremos, waltchoun de mulcheim, Walthere de Fustrize, Walthere de lengenouwe, Werinhart de haganouwe, Perhtolt de heidendorf. Preterea concedo et episcopali banno confirmo, ut ecclesia Sancti Martini in eodem formbacensi loco sita parrochia sit plebis, que in prescripta terminatione habitat, et baptismum et sepulturam cunctaque ecclesiastica sacramenta a prenominato abbate Werintone et omnibus eius successoribus percipiat nullusque alius parrochianus quicquam ibi disponere presumat. Siquis autem eidem monasterio aliquam uiolentiam in hac concessione inferre presumpserit, a deo se damnandum et nostro banno constrictum sciat, donec eidem ecclesie digne satisfaciat.
