Otocarus dei gratia dux Austrie et stirie et Marchio Morauie omnibus hanc litteram inspecturis salutem imperpetuum. Quia, quod in tempore agitur, successione temporis memorie hominum elabitur, nisi huiusmodi littere presidio succurratur, Prouide decretum est, vt, que digna memorie iudicantur, scripture testimonio perhennentur. Tenore igitur presentium innotescimus vniuersis, quod nos ad honorem dei et beate Marie semper uirginis ecclesie Cisterciensis ordinis jn Wilhering donamus ecclesiam parrochialem Greymarsteten Abbati et collegio dicti monasterii licite ac libere perpetualiter possidendam, sicut ab antecessore nostro duce Friderico fuit donata et ipsius priuilegio confirmata. Vt hec ergo donatio non possit ab aliquo reuocari, super collatione presenti hanc kartam conscribi iussimus ipsam cenobio sepedicto in firmum robur et durabile testimonium assignando, sigilli nostri munimine roboramus. Testibus etiam ad amplificationem certitudinis subnotatis, qui huic donationi nostre hilariter et sollempniter facte aderant nostro facto et proposito, iusta quod et decuit, applaudentes, quorum hec sunt nomina: Budislaus Abbas de Zwetl, Johannes Abbas de Pawngartenperg, magister Wilhelmus prothonotarius, Otto Cornes de Hardekke, Otto de Sleintz, Albero de Chuenring, Botsco Purgrauius de Znoym, Conradus de Cekking, Rudolfus de Potendorf et alii quam plures. Acta sunt hec in Lintz Anno ab incarnatione domini M. CC. LII. Quarto kalendas Decembris.
