Nos Bertoldus dei gratia Babenbergensis episcopus uniuersorum notitias prsesentibus declaramus, quod nos inclinati precibus dilectorum nobis in Christo Abbatis et conventus monasterii in Wilhering Ordinis Cisterciensis ipsi abbati, conventui et monasterio in remedium animae nostrae dedimus et assignavimus cum omni jure et utilitate unam piscariam in lacu nostro Attersee, quae piscaria ain Seegen vulgariter nuncupatur, Iloc sane incluso, quod praedicti pisces nec debent vendi vel ad alios usus converti, sed simpliciter administrandi sint fratribus, qui diu noctuque Deo in praedicto monasterio divinis laudibus famulantur: Praenominati etiam fratres et conventus ipsius monasterii in Wilhering nostri jugem habebunt memoriam in eorum orationibus ... et nobis decedentibus ipsi dein anniversarium obitus nostri missarum solemnibus et aliis consuetis orationibus celebrabunt. In hujus rei memoriam et ut nostra donatio sit perpetua, praesentes litteras conscribi et nostro sigillo jussimus insigniri. Testes hujus rei sunt dilecti amici nostri Wernhardus et Hainricus nobiles de Schounberch, Chunradus, Dietricus notarius noster, Chunradus Vurter, Chunradus Stall, Fridericus, Ulricus dicti de Chamer, Alramus Officialis noster, Chunradus Zitman et alii quatn plures. Datum in Atersee Anno Domini M.CC.LXXXIV. Kal. Maji.
