Ulricus de Seundorf verkauft dem Kloster Zwettl um 18 tal. einen Acker beim Dorf Evzendorf nach Abgeltung der Rechte genannter Personen, wobei die Übergabe in die Hände von frater Leo von Zwettl erfolgt. Der Verkäufer und seine Frau behalten den Acker jedoch als Leibgeding mit 40 den. Michaelidienst an das Kloster. Zeugen: Gotehslo, Gunther, Gottfried de Vorenveld, in Voihsprunne patruus, Otto, Ruger cum multis aliis.
