Hans Köb zum Mohren im Buch und seine Ehewirtin Ursula Gmeinerin unter Beistand des hofsteigischen Gerichtsverwandten Hans Dürr übernehmen das bisher von ihrem Hochholz in Böhlerreute dem Gotteshaus Mehrerau zufallende Bestfallsrecht sowie den jährlichen Not- und Fallzins nunmehr auf ihre 14 Winterfuhren Gut zum Mohren.
