Albertus dei et apostolice sedis gratia Episcopus Pataviensis Ad perpetuam rei memoriam, Cordi nobis est, ut ea, per que cultus augetur divinus, summa diligencia praemoneamus. Cum itaque, bone memorie, Johannes Naglêr, quondam Civis Wiennensis, devoto ductus proposito, ob divini nominis gloriam missam perpetuam, in Cappellam beate Marie virginis in Ottenhaim, ibidem Wienne, nostre diocesis, sub certis modis modificationibus, et conditionibus, prout in litteris inde datis, et confectis, lacius contineri dinoscitur, dotaverit sufficienter. Nos iustam, et devotam ipsius intentionem, favorabiliter prosequentes, dotationem memoratam, et omnia, ac singula, circa eandem ordinata, et disposita, rite et provide facta rata, et grata habentes, ipsa aucto-ritate ordinaria approbamus, et confirmamus, ac robur habere volumus, perpetue firmitatis. In cuius rei evidens testimonium, et stabilitatem perpetuam, presentes damus litteras, sigilli nostri munimine roboratas. Datum ibidem Wienne, die VII. Mensis Marcii, anno domini Millesimo Trecentesimo Septuagesimo septimo.
