Prior Christoforus von Chartreuse erteilt der Kartause Aggsbach die Bewilligung, das Bergrecht und den Zehent in Stiefern zu besitzen, obwohl sie außerhalb des Bereiches derselben gelegen sind, und den Prokurator zur Weinlese dahin zu senden.Source Regest: FUCHS, Aggsbach (=FRA II/59, 1906) S. 132, Nr. 130.

Nos frater Christoforus humilis prior maioris domus Carthusie ceterique diffinitores capituli generalis fratribus nostri ordinis scilicet domus porte beate Marie in Achspach auctoritate capituli generalis concedimus, ut possint ipsi et posteri eorum licite possidere ac tenere bona a domino Johanne de Meyssaw, fundatore eorum, ipsis perpetue data et assignata videlicet ius montanum et decimam in Stifen non obstante, quod extra terminos eiusdem domus sita sunt, et procurator predicte domus, qui pro tempore fuerit ordinate,a singulis annis possit ire, quociens necessarium fuerit pro vinis ibidem colligendis. In cuius rei evidens testimonium sigillum domus Carthusie presentibus duximus apponendum. Datum anno domini millesimo tricentesinio nonagesimo quinto, duodecima die mensis maii.
