    CCXXXIII.

    (Circa 1350.) Jutta von Cozendorfschenkt mit Zustimmung ihres Gatten und ihrer Kinder zuт Seelenheile ihrer verstorbenen Tochter Jutta dem Schottenkloster in Wien eine Wiese bei Dornbach. In nomine patris et filii et spiritus sancti amen. Pietatis opus sic debet precaueri, ne quid impietas inveniat forte contra. Sciant ergo tam presentes quam futuri, quod ego Jutta de Cozendorf cum bona voluntate Tritliepi mariti mei et puerorum meorum Alberonis, Mathildis, Perchte contuli monasterio sanete Marie Scotorum in Wienna ob remedium anime Jvtte filie mec nec non omnium pre- decessorum meorum pratum iuxta Dornpah, quod dicitur Gunt- zenswiese, cum omni libertate ac proprietate, quam habui in eodem. Et ne donacionemmeam aliquis in posterum maliciose ualeat impedire, cartam istam sigillo conuentus predicti monasterii et sigilli mei im- pressione ad omnis mali suspicionemabolendam feci fideliter roborari. Huius rei testes sunt dominus Clemens abbas, Jacobus prior ettotus conuentus, Hainricus judex de Swechent, Chunradus hospes Dye- tricus et Haimo fratres eius, Wolfgerus seruus prepositi, Waltherus gener Dietrici, Alanus scriba conuentus.
