Splendor paterne glorie, qui sua mundum illuminat ineflabili claritate, pia uota fidelium de clementia ipsius maiestatis sperantium tunc benigno fauore prosequitur, cum deuota ipsorum humilitas sanctorum precibus et meritis adiuuatur. Cupientes igitur, ut altare omnium sanctorum situm in medio ecclesie sanete Marie Scotorum in Wienna congruis honoribus frequentetur et a Christi fidelibus iugiter ueneretur, omnibus uere penitentibus et confessis, qui ad ecclesiam ipsam in festiui- tate omnium sanctorum, in quorum honore dictum altare est conse- cratum, nec non omnibus festiuitatibus beatissime virginis Marie, vide licet assumptions, natiuitatis, purifications et annunciationis, nec non natiuitatis domini nostri Jesu Christi, circumcisionis, epiphanic, resur- rexionis, ascensionis, penthecostes, inuentionis et exaltationis sanete crucis, beati Michaelis archangeli, beati Johannis babtiste. et beato- rum apostolorum Petri et Pauli atque Jacobi, sanctorum Laurentii et Stephani martirum, beate Marie Magdalene et Katerine, sanctorum Geori et Benedicti, et in octabis ac diebus singulis octabarum festi- uitatum ipsarum octabas habentium et in dedicatione ipsius ecclesie causa deuotionis, peregrinationis et orationis accesserint, nec non qui ad luminare eiusdem altaris tempore obitus sui seu in suis testa- mentis uel nltimis uoluntatibus aliquid de bonis suis legauerint seu alias quoquomodo manus suas porrexerint adiutrices, de omnipotentis
