Quoniam ab labilem hominum me- moriam ea que racionabiliter geruntur scriptis roborari so- lent, tenore igitur presencium notum omnibus esse desidero et protestor, quod ego predium quondam meum situm in Mu- 5 tach decario et capitulo Spirensi vendidi, Petri filii mei et Gertrudis filif mee consensu contractui huiusmodi plenius accedente, promittens firmiter predictis decano et capitulo super vendicionem premissam debitam et consuetam prestare garandiam quandocunque et ubicunque fuero requisitus. In cuius rei testimonium presentes literas eo et filiastri mei Friderici dicti de Rudensheim sigilhs duxi sigillandas. Ego Petrus sigillum proprium non habens sigillis predictis sum contentus et ratam habeo vendicionem predictam. Datum anno Domini MCCLXII. idus iunii.
