      Omnibus presencium inspectoribus iudices Spirenses, salutem et credere subnotatis. Constitutus in presencia nostra Die- tbericus de Lachen, filius Egenonis militis de Lachen, recog- novit se vendidisse et vendita per manus nostras tradidit patruo suo A. scolastico Spirensi, universa bona in eadem villa et in Dudensfelt sita, que ex successione paterna ad eum et ad fratrem suum Anselmum fuerunt devoluta, pro centum libris hallencium, de quibus se pagatum clamavit et dixit, sive eadem bona in agris, vineis, terris, cultis sive in- cultis, censibus, caponibus et aliis iuribus sibi competentibus fuerint constituta, cum omni iure et utilitate, que ex eisdem bonis poterunt in posterum provenire. Acta sunt hec anno Domini MCCLXXIII. in octava assumpcionis beate virginis, presentibus magistro Alberto de Lachen, Hugone de Spie- gelberg, canonicis Spirensibus, magistro H. Cymino, magistro Sigilone de Hagenowe, Conrado dicto Clobelauch, et aliis quam pluribus clericis, Alberto Sydenschwanz advocato, Udalrico Cluphel, Conrado de stella, et aliis laicis quam pluribus fide dignis. In cuius rei testimonium presentes li- teras nostro sigillo fecimus communiri.
