      N os Emicho comes de Lyningen, tenore presencium prt>fi- temur publice et ad universorum noticiam cupimus pervenire, quod nos censum octo unciarum hallencium, quibus apud Novamcuriam monachorum de Hemmenrode, ordinis Cister- ciensis, prope Spiram sitam, Eckenbertus, miles de Duren- keim, fidelis noster, et Anselmus frater eiusdem, a nobis nomine feodi utebantur, ad peticiones ipsorum Eckenberti et Anselmi ipsis monachis dicte curie seu monasterio Hemmen- rodensi remisimus per presentes proprietatis titulo perpetuo possidendum et habendum pacifice, libere et solute. Quod autem predicta perpetuo permaneant in suo robore valitura, hos testes dedimus super eo, scilicet Conradum de Mecken- heim, Conradum et Wernherum Gowe fratres, filios illius de Richenbach et insuper presentes Iiteras ad preces predicto
