Bischof Heinrich von Konstanz beurkundet, dass das Gericht zu Uttwil die Güter des Klostermeiers Benz zu Uttwil, weil er eine Ungenossin zur Frau gehabt hatte, nach dessen Tode als dem Kloster Münsterlingen verfallen erklärt habe.
