Nos Albertus dei gratia Romanorum rex semper augustus ad universorum notitiam volumus || pervenire, quod nos strennuo viro Jacobo advocato de Frowenuelt1 fideli nostro dilecto in sexllaginta marcis argenti racione cuiusdam dextrarii, quem ab ipso conparavimus et Hainr. || marscalco nostro de Biberbach2 donavimus, existimus obligati, pro qua quidem pecunia homines liberos illos, qui sibi prius fuerant obligati3, itterato obligamus iusti pingnoris titulo tamdiu habendos et possidendos, quousque sibi vel suis heredibus per nos vel per nostros successores in imperio predicta pecunia fuerit plenarie persoluta, presencium testimonio litterarum.
