    Zum Datum: Es ergibt sich aus den Elementen Acta . . . anno domini M°.CC°.XXX°VII°, indictione Xa, mense septemb. Die 10. Indiktion endete am 23. September 1237. Der Kaiser war am 4. Sept. bereits in Klausen (nö. Bozen), der «Ausstellort» bezieht sich also auf acta, während die Urkunde erst später südl. der Alpen ausgestellt wurde.
