Abstract
19. Juli 1380, Avignon
Johann von Ems1 Chorherr des Stifts St. Michael in Beromünster2, bittet Papst Clemens VII., ihn für eine Pfarrkirche im Bistum Salzburg zu providieren, unbeschadet der Provision für ein Benefizium, dessen Verleihung dem Abt von St. Gallen zusteht (. . . ad collationem abbatis monasterii sancti Galli ordinis sancti Benedicti dicte Constan(ciensis) diocesis . . .) und eines weiteren, dessen Verleihung dem Bischof und Domkapitel von Trient zusteht, da er bereit ist, auf das Kanonikat in Beromünster zu verzichten.
