Abstract
25. August 1321, Bologna
Ricardus, ehemaliger Student des kanonischen Rechts in Bologna, entlehnt beim Gastwirt Gualderius ein bei diesem deponiertes juristisches Buch. Zusammen mit dem Eigentümer verspricht ... dominus Vlrichus filius domini Johannis de sancto Gallo1 quondam Scolaris Bononiensisin iure civilli ..., bei Streit über dieses Buch Währschaft zu leisten.
