Abstract
5. Juni 1355, Avignon
Papst Innozenz VI. beauftragt Bischof, Propst und Dekan von Basel, im Streit zwischen dem Domkapitel Konstanz und dem Benediktinerkloster Einsiedeln1 um Einkünfte aus der Kirche Riegel2 zu entscheiden, nachdem der Konstanzer Generalvikar Otto von Rheineck (. . . Ottoni de Rinegge3 canonico Constan(tiensi) vicario generali venerabilis fratris nostri episcopi Constan(tiensis)4 . . .) zugunsten des Domkapitels entschieden und Einsiedeln dagegen an den Papst appelliert hatte.
