Kaiser Karl IV. nimmt Swigger und Hugo Tumb von Neuburg1 in seinen und des Reiches Schutz und gebietet den Landvögten und den Städten Konstanz, Lindau2 und . . . zu sant Gallen . . . und allen andern schwäbischen Reichsstädten, diese zu schirmen.
