Papst Urban V. beauftragt den Abt des Schottenklosters vor Konstanz, den Domdekan1 und den Domherrn Theodor Last, dem Kleriker Johann Müchting von Zürich die Kirche Herdwangen zu übertragen, welche vakant geworden sei, weil . . . Vlricus dictus vff dem Hofe olim ispius ecclesie rector ecclesiam ipsam, quam canonice fuerat assecutus, una cum parrochiali ecclesia in Busskilch2 dicte diocesis per plures annos tenuit et possedit et adhuc ipsam parrochialema) ecclesiam in Hedwang3 detinet fructus pericpiendo ex ea etiam ad sacerdotium non promotus . . .
