Abstract
28. April 1363, Avignon
Papst Urban V. beauftragt den Abt des Schottenklosters vor Konstanz und die Domherren Theodor Last und Berthold Frank, dem Domherrn Ulrich von Wildberg1 die Pfarrkirche Oberwinterthur zu UBertragen, welche vakant ist, da der frühere Kirchherr Rudolf Schultheiss von Winterthur gleichzeitig auch die Kirche Oberglatt innehat (. . . tunc ecclesiam in Glatt2. . . obtinens, dictam ecclesiam in Obrawinthertur3. . . pluribus annis simul detinuit, prout adhuc detinet occupatas . . .).
