Abstract
12. April 1364, Avignon
Papst Urban V. beauftragt drei Delegaten mit der Fortführung des Prozesses um die Kirche Hartkirch1, für welche seinerzeit der Konstanzer Domherr Otto von Rheineck Johann von Sulgen2 als geeignet befunden hatte (. . . quod dilectus filius Otto de Rinegg3 canonicus Constanciensis, cui bone memorie Johannes episcopus Constanciensis4 super premissis commiserat vices suas, donec eas ad se duceret revocandas . . . eum reperit et pronunciavit ydoneum ad huiusmodi beneficium ecclesiasticum obtinendum . . .).
