Papst Urban V. überträgt dem Magister artium Johannes von Kalkofen1 die Pfarrkirche Aufkirch1 und beauftragt die Äbte von St. Gallen und Salem und den Pfarrer von St. Andrea in Pistoia (. . . dilectis filiis . . sancti Galli2 et in Salem3 Constantiensis diocesis monasteriorum abbatibus ac . . plebano plebis sancti Andree Pistoriensis4 . . .) mit dem Vollzug.
