Der Konstanzer Domherr Johannes Molhard bittet Papst Urban V., das ihm durch den Tod Ottos von Rheineck (. . . per obitum quondam Ottonis de Rinegg1 eiusdem ecclesie canonici extra Romanam curiam defuncti . . .) vakant gewordene und ihm durch päpstliche Provision zustehende Kanonikat in Konstanz zu bestätigen.
