    Nos Rudolphus Tettikouer thesaurarius ecclesiæ Constant(iensis)1 necnon archidiaconus archidiaconatus in Thurgoia ad universorum et singulorum notitiam deducimus per præsentes quod honorabilis dominus Burckhardus dictus Cnobloch camerarius decanatus sancti Galli2 mihi de decem et octo libris denariorum Constant(iensium) in consolationibus et bannalibus de dicto decanatu de anno domini millesimo CCCo. nonagesimo sexto proxime præterito mihi debitis satisfecit, et pro eisdem decem et octo libris denariorum Constant(iensium) pro nobis et nostris hæredibus et successoribus universis ipsum dominum camerarium et confratres dicti decanatus et eorum hæredes et successores universos ac dictum ipsorum decanatum liberos et absolutos et quietos dimittimus et quietamus præsentium per tenorem. In cuius rei testimonium sigillum nostrum præsentibus tergotenus est appressum. Datum Constant(iæ) anno domini millesimo CCCo.L.XXXXo. septimo, feria sexta post festum sancti Hylarii episcopi, indictione quinta.
