    Nos quoque Jenczo prepositus sancte crucis Wratislauieusis et Jobannes decanus sancti Appollinaris Pragensis ecclesiarum, vicarii in spiritualibus reuerendissimi in Christo patris et domini domini Johannis sancte Pragensis ecclesie archiepiscopi apostolice sedis legati, generales attendentes predictam donacionem ac omnia et singula suprascripta ex zelo deuocionis procedere ac diuinum cultum augere ipsam ac omnia et singula suprascripta in suis punctis et clausulis autorisamus ratificamus approbamus et ex certa nostra sciencia auctoritate ordinaria confirmamus, ipsosque census et redditus ecclesie predicte incorporamus vnimus et applicamus ac inter census et redditus ecclesiasticos de cetero volumus reputari. In cuius rei testimonium presentes litteras fieri sigillique vicariatus nostri appensione iussimus communiri. Datum Prage anno domini millesimo trecentesimo septuagesimo sexto die ultima mensis Aprilis.
