    In nomine domini amen. Sepe enim periret temporale negocium, nisi illud affirmaret ascripcio et firmacio litterarum. Igitur nos Petrus et Johannes fratres germani de Rosenbergh vniuersis et singulis recognoscimus publice profitentes presencium per tenorem, quia cum viginti duo talenta denariorum Vienensium, pro quibus curia in villa Quasow ad capellam sancte Katherine in Rosenbergh pertinens vendita fuerat, in nostram reposita fuerant protestatem, nobis per discretum Johannem protunc parrochialis ecclesie ibidem in Rosenbergh rectorem instanter extitit supplicatum, quatenus in augmentum redituum dicte capelle censum curie nostre wlgariter "blatny dwor“ nuncupate supra ciuitatem Rosenbergh secus viam, que ducit in Rychnow, situate, quam protunc incola Jessco dictus Walessa possidebat, vendere dignaremur. Nos vero perpendentes diuinum cultum ac ipsius capelle profectum per hoc ampliari ipsius precibus vtpote rationabilibus annuentes dictum incolam sev censualem hominem pretacte curie singulis annis duodecim solidos denariorum Vyenensium diuisim nomine veri census soluentem, maturo super hoc prehabito consilio ipsi Johanni in Rosenbergh plebano suisque successoribus ac ecclesie in Rosenbergh pro capella sancte Katherine ibidem jure hereditario iuste et legittima vendidimus pro viginti vno talentis denariorum Wyenensium predictorum, que in parato et integraliter fatemur percepisse, omne jus, quod nobis super ipsius curie censu competebat, in ipsum Johannem plebanum et successores suos ammodo transferentes, promittentesque bona fide nostro nostrorumque successorum nomine huiusmodi emptionem a quolibet impetente seu impetere volente iuxta ritum et formam juris terre Bohemie hactenus obseruatos disbrigare ac omnimode libertare, dantes in testimonium presens scriptum sigillorum nostrorum appensione roboratum. Sub anno domini millesimo trecentesimo septuagesimo octauo in crastino sancti Valentini martiris gloriosi.
