Filip z Alenconu, kardinál - biskup ostijský a papežský legát, dává Václavovi, králi římskému a českému, a dvaceti jím vybraným osobám z jeho dvora povolení jíst v době půstu vejce, sýr a pokrmy z mléka.Philippus de Alenconio, episcopus Ostiensis, Romanae ecclesiae cardinalis nec non apostolicae sedis legatus, Venceslao, Romanorum et Bohemiae regi, et viginti familiaribus per regem electis licentiam confert, ut ieiuniorum diebus ovis, caseis ac lacticiniis vesci possint.
