1335 listopad 19, Vyšehrad [v Uhrách] (Altum Castrum)
Kazimír, král polský, slibuje, že bude zachovávat mír s Janem, králem českým, a ustanovuje, jak mají být rovnány spory mezi poddanými obou stran.Kazimirus, rex Poloniae, promittit se pacem cum Iohanne, rege Bohemiae, conservare velle ac statuit, quo modo lites inter utriusque partis subditos sint sopiendae.
