Kazimír, král polský, žádá českého krále Jana, aby vrátil Dobrzyrískou zemi Vladislavovi, knížeti lęczyckému a dobrzyňskému.Kazimirus, rex Poloniae, lohannem, regem Bohemiae, rogat, ut terram Dobrinensem Vladislao, duci Dobrinensi et Lanciciensi, restituat.
