Jindřich, kníže slezský a pán fürstenberský a javorský, postupuje Janovi, králi českému, který mu doživotně udělil město Hlohov s Hlohovskem, město Zhořelec a Zhořelecko.Henricus, dux Silesiae et dominus Furstenbergensis ac Iavoriensis, Iohanni, regi Bohemiae, qui ei ad vitae eius tempora civitatem Glogoviam cum districtibus et territoriis contulit, civitatem Gorlicium cum districtu et territorio assignat.
