Jindřich, kníže slezský a pán fürstenberský a javorský, postupuje Janovi, králi českému, který mu doživotně udělil město Hlohov a Hlohovsko, město Lubaň s dalšími jmenovanými městečky a hrady.Henricus, dux Silesiae et dominus Furstenbergensis ac Iavoriensis, Iohanni, regi Bohemiae, qui ei ad vitae eius tempora civitatem ac districtum Glogoviam contulit, civitatem Laubanam cum aliis oppidis et castris enumeratis assignat.
