Karel, král římský a český, daruje Čeňkovi z Lipé [nejvyššímu maršálkovi Království českého] po dobu jeho života polovinu urbury, mince a ostatních horních užitků v [Havlíčkově] Brodě.Karolus, rex Romanorum et Bohemiae, Czenkoni de Lipá [summo marescalco regni Bohemiae], medietatem urburae, monetae et ceterarum utilitatum montanorum in Broda ad tempus vitae eiusdem donat.
