Racek z Janovic vyznává, že přijal od Karla, císaře římského a krále českého, hrad a městečko Janovice jako léno České koruny.Racek de Janovic recognoscit se castrum et oppidum Janovice a Karolo, Romanorum imperatore et Bohemiae rege tamquam feudum Coronae regni Bohemiae accepisse.
