2. listopad 1358, Praha
Mikuláš, probošt kláštera Panny Marie řeholních kanovníků augustiniánů v Roudnici (Rudnicz), a Detlev, kanovník kacminský, generální vikáři pražského arcibiskupa Arnošta, ustanovují na prezentaci a žádost Bohuslava, opata želivského (Syloensis) kláštera, ke kostelu ve Smrčné (Smrczna), jehož podací náleží klášteru, po smrti plebána Jana řeholníka želivského Jana.
