Racek z Dubé (Duba), komorník pražského arcibiskupa Arnošta, Vilém ze Staré (Stara), purkrabí v Červené Řečici, a Rynart z Vrábí (Wrabie), uzavírají s Oldřichem, řečeným Hamr, Hronem a Mikulášem, bratry z Kostelce (Costelecz), smlouvu o mlýn, ležící na arcibiskupských statcích.
