+ In nomine domini nono anno principatus domni nostri iohanni, et tertio anno domni
guaimarii eius filio gloriosi principibus, mense nobember quinta indictione. memoratorium factu
a nos disiio et lando germani filii cuidam inghelgardi presbiteri, ec quod ante alfanus comes et
subscribtorum testium tradimus adque dedimus petri monaghi filius quondam campuli de aliola
finibus amalfitanorum terris et cum silvis de monte de carvonara et montis de locum cetara finibus
salernitana, que communiter habemus cum consortibus nostris per as finis: a pars orientis
fine terra ecclesie sancti cisari et fine capu aqua, sicud fine vestra discernid: a pars meridie fine
pede de monte de falerzu, sicud balle discernit, et descendente in ipso flubio de cetara et prebaricante
in ipso flubio et coniungente in ballone maiore et per ipso ballone saliente in toru de imbrici
et rectum exiente in flubio de carvonara: de superna pars fine serre. infra ipse finis ipsius
petri monaghi pro vice nostra et de nostris consortibus ei tradimus ad roncandum et cisine faciendum,
et lavorandum, et seminandum usque tres frudia, et omne annum daret nobis inde
terraticum secundum consuetudinem de ipso locum. unde per vona combenientia guadia ipse petrus
monaghus dedit nobis et mediatorem nobis posui guiso filius ursi de locum mitilianu, tali
ordine, ut si hec omnia, que prelegitur, eos nobis non adimpleberit, componere obligavit se nobis
decem solidos aureos costantinos et que prelegitur, eos nobis adimplere. et hunc brebem
scribsi ego ildericus subdiaconus et notarius.
