Cartula scripta per Iohanne notario. In nomine domini nostri
Iesu Christi. Anno ab incarnatione eius millesimo septuagesimo
septimo et tricesimo quinto anno principatus domni Gisulfi,
mense iunio quartadecima indictione. Maria filia quondam
Bassalli, que fuerat uxor Mauri Atrianensis, et Landolfus
filius ipsorum Mauri et Marie, et sicut ipsi Marie et Landolfo congruum
fuerat, secundum legem Romanorum venumdederant ipsi
Iaquinto integra una pecia de terra cum insirteto et silba in suprascripto
loco Transboneia ubi Maianu dicitur seu et venumdederant
eidem Iaquinti inclita medietate de duobus peciis de teris
in suprascripto loco Maiano coniuncta cum ipsa pecia de terra cum
insirteto et silba, quod ipsi mater et filius ipsi Iaquinto venumdederant
sicut suprascriptum est, integram ipsam peciam de terra cum
insirteto et silba et integra ipsa medietate de ambobus peciis de
terris ibi coniunctis ipsi Iaquinto venumdederant per ipsas fines
et mensuras, sicut ipsa cartula continet, ad faciendum inde ipse
