Anno a suprascripte dominice incarnationis millesimo septuagesimo
octabo, mense aprili quintadecima indictione. Qualiter
ante ipsum Petrum iudicem ipse Petrus filius suprascripti Sergii
Datoru et Grusa uxor sua et suprascriptus Adelarius coniuncti
fuerant cum suprascripto Petro filio Martini et per ipsos virum
et uxorem ostensa fuerat suprascripta prima cartula et, cum fuerat
ostensa et lecta, clarificaverat ipse Petrus filius Sergii de suprascripta
terra que fuerat silba et vacua et tunc erat vinea et aliquantum
silba et vacuo per suprascriptas fines et mensuras sibi
pertinere tres partes et ipsi Gruse uxori sue quartam partem et,
sicut ipsis Petro et Gruse vir et uxor congruum fuerat, sua voluntate
per ipsam cartulam, secundum legem et consuetudo eorum
Romanorum, venumdederant ipsi Petro filio Martini integram
suprascriptam terram cum vinea et silba et vacuo per
iamdictas fines et mensuras, cum omnibus que intra eam erant
cunctisque suis pertinentiis et cum vice de ipsis viis et cum suprascripta
cartula, ut semper fieret in potestate ipsius Petri filii
Martini et heredum eius et liceret illum et eius heredes de ea facere
quod vellent, sicut ipsa cartula continet, in qua sigilla ipsius Petri
iudicis in cera inpresse sunt.
