Ego Hugo dictus de Leonekke a generacione in generacioni universa :| transitoria transeunt, quo circa scripto cupio perennare qualiter divina conpunctus (?) inspiratione et de communi consensu uxoris mee necnon filiorum meorum Ch(unrad)i et Ekkardi, VI agros in Oethausen quos aput ipsos Oethausenenses omni titulo proprietatis emerama, horum agrorum V siti sunt tangentesb viam dicte ville et VIus1 ex opposito quinti et ultimi agri et II areas in Penche sitas ad sinistram in exitum ipsius ville, necnon silvam sitam penes viam dictam Hindernbuh, cuius (?) silve latitudo extenditur de via procedente a nemore dicto Mantel usque ad viam ascendentem de Laimgrube et feudum in Schretenstain, ac pratum sitam in villa dicta Gogel. Hec predicta bona III solidos annuatim solventam in remedium anime mee necnon omnium meorum parentum degentibus in hospitali beate Katerine Rat(isponense) in pede pontis tradidi vivac voce, tali condicione subscripta, ut hospitalarii dictum censum singulis annis recipientes, me et uxore mea superstitibus secundum nostrum consilium ad quemcumque locum nobis placuerit omni contradictione remota fideliter impendant et post obitum meum et uxoris mee Perthe, pretaxata bona pauperibus dictis in perpetuum remanebunt. Ut autem hic donacio rata et involabilis permaneat, presentem cedulam testibus subnotatis sigilli mei munimine roboravi. Anno domini Mo CCo LXXo VIIo.
