Ego Fridericus de Haidau, judex in Abah, tenore presencium :I profiteor et contestare cupio presencium inspectoribus universis, me vendidisse hospitali sancte Katerine in pede pontis Rati(spon)e curiam meam sitam in Lauterchoven omni meo iure, cultis et incultis, quesitis et inquirendis cum omnibus attinenciis et remota omni ambiguitate, sed compari iure, secundum quod ipsam curiam a comiti de Lonsperch hactenus tenui iure feodali et etiam omnium meorum fratrum et amicorum voluntate bona et consensu accedente. Insuper comes de Lonsperch feodalitatem, quam ab ipso comiti in pretaxata curia detinebam mea petitione et fratrum hospitalis et aliis astantibus confirmavit et commutavit hospitale sancte Katerine in liberam proprietatem. Ut hec rata et in perpetuum durent inconfracta, cartulam istam munimine mei sigilli dedi roboratam. Testibus subnotatis: Perth(oldus) miles de Gerbelspech (?), Otto de Auekking, Otto, Ericius, Karulus de Auwe, Frider(icus) Vesler, Chv(nradus) de Lern et fratres sepedicti hospitalis: frater Otto, Chvn(radus) sartor, Chvn(radus) de Pilsting, frater Albertus de Stauf.
