Nos Otto vicedominus et Hiltwinus fratres dicti de Chrandorf notum facimus pre- :I sencium inspectoribus universis, quod nostris ac progenitorum nostrorum animabus remedium facere cupientes predia nostra in Mutzhart et Sauloh, que a viris nobilibus dominis Vlrico de Abensperch et Vlrico de Lapide in feudum habuimus et quorum feudorum proprietatem iidem viri nobiles in nos pleno iure dominii transtulerunt, domui hospitalis in Ratispona et pauperibus in ea decumbentibus dedimus et donamus, tradidimus et tradimus ac pleno iure dominii transferimus in eosdem per eos proprietatis titulo perpetuo possidenda. Promiserunt etiam magister et fratres eiusdem domus hospitalis, quod me, Ottonem vicedominum ubicumque in terra (?) Bawarie me ab hoc seculo migrare contigerit, debeant ad dictum hospitale traducere ac ibidem tradere ecclesiastice sepulture et ut predicta nostra donacio rata maneat et inconvulsa prefatis hospitali et pauperibus perpetualiter observetur presentes eis dedimus sigillorum nostrorum munimine roboratas in testimonium super eo. Dat. Ratispone anno domini millesimo ducentesimo nonagesimo secundo, octavo idus marcii.
