    Ego Hænricus dictus Hetzær de Chesching universis presens scriptum intuentibus cupio fore notum, quod ego :| Hænricus Hetzær et Philippus consobrinus meus curiam nostram in Tegerss sitam, quam amicabiliter sine qualibet infestacione simul tenuimus proprietatis articulo hospitali sancte Katherine Rat(ispon)e omni, quo iure eam tenuerimus, cultis et incultis et quesitis et inquirendis consciencia pura et voluntate tradidimus tali forma, ut nullus successor seu heredum nostrorum hospitale predictum decetero errorem sive infestaciones aliquas non inflectet. Insuper ego prefatus Hænricus Hetzær agros quosdam et brata iuxta idem bonum iacencia hospitali predicto vendidi mihi specialiter attinentes, quorum videlicet agrorum aliarumque rerum comparatarum Phaselus, quod interpretatur geweren existere volo solus, sed antecedentis boni vel curie sepefate predictus Philippus se mecum exhibet et Phaselum sicut comitis de Hirzperch iuris ordo expostulat comitatus, ut autem hec rata permaneant et incassata, volumus ambo subscriptis fideiussoribus, scilicet Jordano de Chesching et me ipso Hænrico Hetzærio vocitato et uxore mea Perchta videlicet, Philippo, etiam uxore eius Mætza nomine una cum sigilli mei Hetzarii (!) robore confirmare. Testes huius hii vel dictus Stoerærdus Pappenhaim, Jordanus de Stinne, duo Chunradi indem Wæeiar, Chunradus de Ingolstat gener Hætzerii, Hænricus dictus Schapraun, Alberttus vilicus de Lenting et alii quam plures, acta sunt hec anno domini Mo CC nonagesimo primo tempore sancti Petri et Pauli.
