Ego Vlricus dictus de Pferin universis presentem paginam inspecturis cupio fore notum, :| quod cum pater meus pie memorie Waltherus de Pferin nomine vocitatus una cum mater mea Gerbirgi proprie nominata predium quoddam situm in Opretzhouen in extremis pro remedio donaverunt hospitali, idem predium scriptis presentibus a me et fratribus meis Heinrico et Goezwino simul sorore mea Gedrude pleniter resingnant a nobis nec heredum nostrorum aliquo, hospitali sancte Katerine Rat(isponensis) predicto exhibeo nulla sugestione decetero inpugnaturum tali forma sit inpressa, ut a fratribus et sororibus seu infirmis eidem domui inminentibus patris et mee matris videlicet vigilia et missa aliis quam orationibus fideliter fiat memoria annualis, ut hec rata permaneant et inconvulsa sigillo mei Vlrici de Lapide rogavi diligencius roborari et testibus subsequendis.
