    Que geruntur in tempore, ne a memoria discesserint, necesse est ea scripture testimonio perhennari. :| Noverint igitur universi presentem litteram inspecturi, quod ego Gebolfus dictus de Ellenbach vineam sitam in Superiori Winzer fratribus hospitalis sancte Katherine in pede pontis Rat(ispon)e pro quinque libris et LXa denariis vendidi titulo proprietatis, habito desuper consilio et consensu uxoris mee Margarete et filiorum meorum Alberti et Gebolfi ac eciam filiarum mearum Gerdrudis, Christine, Mæhthildis necnon ceterorum amicorum meorum accedente conformiter voluntate. Ut hec rata et inconfulsa permaneant, presentem paginam munimine nostri sigilli dedi roboratam, testibus subnotatis. Testes sunt: frater Chvnradus magister hospitalis, frater Chvnradus de Nurenberch, frater Syboto, frater Chvnradus de Pilsting, Ekpertus de Haidawe, Hainricus iudex der Scherzer, Chvnradus Rechzer et alii quam plures fide digni. Acta sunt hec anno M CCo nonagesimo tercio, in festo sancte Trinitatis.
