Universis presentem litteram inspecturis, ego Otto de Dȅrn cupio fore notum, quod una :| cum consilio et consensu dilecte uxoris mee Petrisse et filiorum meorum Vlrici ac Ottonis necnon filiarum mearum videlicet Agnetis, Haeitwigis, Dimudis, Elyzabete, predium meum situm in Dȅrn, quod vulgo dicitur Chatplan, cultum et incultum, quesitum et inquisitum hospitali sancte Katherine Rat(ispone) vendidi titulo proprietatis, accedente omni meorum amicorum conformiter voluntate, quod ettiam (!) a meis posteris ratum, gratum et inconvulsum volo inviolabiliter observari. In cuius rei testimonium et certitudinem presens scriptum munimine sigilli nobilis viri domini H. de Parsperch feci communiri testibus subnotatis. Testes sunt: Haeinricus de Dȅrn, Vlricus ibidem, Vlricus Bonus, Vlricus de Sigershouen, Haeinricus dictus Hȅmel, frater Ch(unradus) de Nȅrnberch, frater Ch(unradus) de Abach, frater Fridricus, frater Weimarus et alii quam plures fide digni. Acta sunt hec anno domini Mo CCo nonagesimo Vo, in vigilia purificacionis beate virginis.
