Hainrich von Ponlont bestätigt, dass seine Gattin Küngundis eine Mühle und einen Hof curia in Salmasdorf dem St. Katharinenspital für (zehn Pfund Regensburger Pfennige) verkauft hat.

    Ego Hainricus dictus de Ponlont universis presentem litteram inspecturis fore notum, quod dilecta :| uxor mea Chvengundis una cum consilio et consensu meo molendinum ac quoddam feodum necnon curiam sita (!) in Salmastorf, que ad eam titulo proprietatis pertinere dinoscuntur, hospitali sancte Katherine in pede pontis Rat(ispone), cum omnibus suis adtinenciis, cultis et incultis, quesitis et inquirendis pro X libris Rat(isponensium) denariorum tytulo proprietatis libere vendidit sub hac forma, quod si filius noster Hainricus in longinquis partibus constitutus ad terram nostram reversus non fuerit, ex tunc fratres ipsius hospitalis secundum consilium et arbitrium Wernheri dicti Hæchel et quemcumque magister domus ad eundem elegerit supradicte uxori mee magis addant prout hiis duobus arbitriis videlicet (?) expedire. Si vero predictus filius noster ad patriam reversurus antedictas possessiones habere voluerit pro eisdem denariis tum magistro hospitalis sine cotradictione (!) qualibet conveniat empcione. Insuper prefatus Wernherus dictus Hæchel laudabiliter compromisit, ut quocumque certamina seu impugnacione predia superius nominata fuerint, obvoluta sine quolibet dampno hospitalis tenetur fratribus eiusdem domus penitus facere absoluta. In cuius rei testimonium presens scriptum dedi sigilli mei robore communitum. Testes sunt Chvonradus Locder, Hainricus Gerop (?), Hainricus Hoeflær, Volricus Poger, Hainricus Harnach, Hainricus Wellærln, Hertwicus Agnus, Vlricus Gvtman et alii quam plures fide digni. Acta sunt hec anno domini Mo CCo nonagesimo VIo, XVIII. kalendas aprilis.
