Gotfridus dei gratia episcopus ecclesie Frisingen(sis) universis Christi fidelibus, ad quos pervenerit :I presens scriptum, salutem in eo, qui est omnium vera salus. Cupientes Christi fideles, quibusdam illectivis muneribus, indulgentiis scilicet et peccatorum remissionibus ad pietatis et misericordie opera invitare, ut exinde reddantur divine gratie aptiores omnibus vere penitentibus et confessis, qui pauperibus hospitalis sancte Katerine in pede pontis civitatis Ratispone multa paupertate depressis aut eorum nuntiis elemosinas suo nomine petentibus grata propter deum subsidia aut manus porrexerint adiutrices, vel qui zelo devocionis idem hospitale visitaverint, de omnipotentis dei misericordia et beatorum apostolorum eius Petri et Pauli confisi patrocinio quadraginta dies criminalium de iniunctis sibi penitenciis misericorditer in domino relaxamus.
