Noverint universi presentem litteram inspecturi, quod ego Leo Dulcis civis Ratispon(ensis) aream quendam pomarii sitam in :| insula superiori pomerio meo contiguam concessi uno discreto domino Karulo dicto Chratzerio et domine Berhte amitea sue ac Rudgero Chratzerio fratrib suo possidendam ad eorum trium vite curriculum pacifice sub hac forma, quatenus memorate tres persone aut una earum que superstes fuerit michi vel successori meo ad quem dicta area concessionis titulo fuerit devoluta. Singulis annis in festo beati Emmerami iuxta modum et consuetudinem piscatorum eo tempore census eciam persolventur quadragintanovemc denarios de ipso pro censu persolvere non desistant, non debent eciam aut poterunt nominatum Karolum relique due persone videlicet Berhta et Rudgerus impedire in hiis que ipse tam in vita quam in morte cum prefato promario quintum ad ius ipsorum duxerit ordinare. In cuius rei testimonii presentem litteram sibi dedi sigilli mei robore communitam. Huius rei testes sunt dominus Otto canonicus veteris capelle Wernherus Aminannus (?) Ulricus Chratzerius Heinricus Chratzerius Rudgerus Hallær Rimboto Fridericus Heinricus servientes prefati karuli et quamplures fidedignii Act(um) Rat(ispone) anno domini millesimo C.C.C.° tertio in die beate Affre.
