Fridricus dictus de Sigenhouen, qui servicio meo inherens tunc temporis existebat predium suum situm in Sigenhouen scitu meo aliorumque proborum hominum una cum fratris sui voluntate et omnium amicorum suorum consilio hospitali pro triginta libris Ratisponensium minus duabus libras videlicet vendidit tali pacto, quot (!) ipse Fridricus nec nullus amicorum suorum decetero prefatum hospitale aliquo fraudis articulo pro eo predio non inpungnet; ut hec autem rata promaneant(!) et inconfulssac ipse Fridricus fratrem suum Rimotonem et filios fratris sui Ottone et Riugerum videlicet hospitali per decem annos et diem unam pro cautela obligavit huius predii et certificacione optima facienda. Insuper huius racionis constanciam sigilli mei munimine cupio diligencius roborare. Testes huius sunt hii: ipse Hænricus Dens et frater suus Chunradus iudex in curia, Hænricus Transpontem Schærzærius et Rechzærius Transpontem.
